A new Chapter
With effect from midnight on the 31st December 2013 the Lord Crewe's Charity becaqme a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. This is a new legal format for charities, offering both incorporation and charitable status through the Charity Commission, and not requiring a second registration with Companies House. As a result of the change we have a new Charity Registration Number, 1155101, and now operate under the Charitable Incorporated Organisation's constitition rather than the previous Scheme, but there will be no changes for our clients and beneficiaries.
